Hyderabad Man Kills Wife in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar

Hyderabad Man Kills Wife: A terrible act of family violence has stunned Hyderabad. Late one night, inside the area watched by Borabanda police, a husband is said to have killed his wife in a savage way. This happened in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar.

While she lay asleep, he hit her again and again on the head. The weapon was a thick stone used like a club. She did not survive the blows. Found right there, lifeless. Officers arrived after neighbors raised alarms.

Police say Anjaneyulu once promised his wife he’d remain with her forever. Still, acting on doubt, he is said to have killed her in a brutal way.

Children Were There When It Happened

Their kids, twelve and nine, shared a bedroom when it happened. Upstairs asleep until noise pulled them awake. The man said the mother was resting, nothing wrong. He told the boy and girl to close their eyes again. Then he walked out the front door. Fright took hold just seconds after they switched on the lamps, spotting her there – mother down in red, garments drenched too, like everything had bled.

Victim and Accused Background

Anjaneyulu, the man charged, comes from Chintakunta village in Wanaparthy district; Saraswathi, on the other hand, was born in Kollapur, part of Nagarkurnool district. Their wedding took place back in 2013 – since then they stayed together in a rental home located within Rajiv Gandhi Nagar for many years.

Finding work behind the wheel, Anjaneyulu drove cars for a living; meanwhile, Saraswathi kept things running smoothly as a housekeeping supervisor near Hitech City. Money troubles hit hard, making life tight for the household.

Growing Suspicion and Family Disputes

One day, things started to shift when Anjaneyulu grew more doubtful of his wife. His working life ended suddenly, then days stretched without purpose. Work was suggested by Saraswathi again and again, yet he stayed put. Money ran thin, a quiet pressure building at home. School became something the kids could no longer do.

Back at her parents’ place, Saraswathi had left because things felt too heavy to handle anymore. Still, promises of a different future pulled her back – alongside the kids – on the 17th, after he spoke of turning things around.

Murder After Coming Back

That evening, after finishing her tasks, Saraswathi came back home. Dinner had been given to the kids by then. Sleep took over shortly afterward.

At some point while everything seemed quiet, Anjaneyulu is said to have struck her several times on the head. A pestle stone was used. Death followed right away. After the murder, the accused reportedly updated his mobile status stating, “I killed you with my own hands, the one who was half my life.”

Police Response and Inquiry

Frozen with fear, the kids turned to their mother’s brother Sudhakar, who came fast after getting the call. Once he arrived, help was summoned – dialing 100 set things in motion. Officers showed up later that hour, taking charge when Saraswathi’s sibling put words on paper. A report now exists because of what he stated.

Folks close to the investigation say Anjaneyulu was once booked after going after Prashanth, Saraswathi’s brother, using a blade. That incident already sits on record.
